The Mail Queue will show you, of course, all the email messages that are in the queue. For example, if a user on your server has issues with the emails then you should check the DirectAdmin Mail Queue.
This KB article is intended for DirectAdmin admin users.
To access the DirectAdmin Mail Queue Tool:
1. Go to DirectAdmin panel and log in
2. Locate Mail Queue Administration from the Admin Tools section
3. You will see a list of emails that have issues. You will see emails IDs, Time, Size, Sender, Recipient(s) and if the email is frozen or not.
4. Select an email and you will have the option to Thaw, Freeze, Retry, Bounce or Delete the email from the list.
If you want to see details about a message, all you have to do is to click on it in the list. A new page will open where you will see:
E-mail Headers
E-mail Body Chunk
